Annealed Wire

Annealed Wire is manufactured from Mild Steel Wire. MS Wire undergoes the Annealing Process. After the drawing process, the wire is heated in a furnace at around 840 degrees Celsius for 6-7 hours. The wire is then cooled down for approximately 1 hour. Heat treatment makes the wire softer, more pliable, and easy to work with. Annealed Wire is Soft, Ductile, and has good connectivity.

Annealed wire is used in Fencing, Construction, Binding purposes, crafting, jewellery making, electrical appliances, tying purposes, packaging, etc.
