Annealed Wire is manufactured from Mild Steel Wire. MS Wire undergoes the Annealing Process. After the drawing process, the wire is heated in a furnace at around 840 degrees Celsius for 6-7 hours. The wire is then cooled down for approximately 1 hour. Heat treatment makes the wire softer, more pliable, and easy to work with. Annealed Wire is Soft, Ductile, and has good connectivity.
